HOMEbassador
An Aboitiz Land HOMEbassador refers to any A-People (team members of the Aboitiz Group) who successfully refers a buyer to any of the following active Aboitiz Land projects: Ajoya, Amoa, Foressa Mountain Town, Seafront Residences and Villas, The Villages at LIMA Estate, Priveya Hills, Pristina North Residences, and The Persimmon Studios.
The HOMEbassador shall fill out the name and contact details of his/her referral in the HOMEbassador Form and submit the entry.
For each referral resulting to a successfully closed sale, the HOMEbassador is entitled to receive cash incentives.
The HOMEbassador cannot refer fellow A-People or any Aboitiz affiliates, including sellers and brokers. A dedicated corporate discount is offered to Aboitiz team members.
Cash Reward
Each HOMEbassador is entitled to a referral fee which shall be released in tranches based on milestones.
2. A notification email from Aboitiz Land Sales will be sent to the HOMEbassador informing him/her of the cash incentive.
Referral Verification
Each referral will undergo verification to confirm that the referred buyer was not previously assigned to a seller or marketing lead.
Aboitiz Landā€™s Sales Operations will conduct random verification calls to ensure the legitimacy of referrals.
The company reserves the right to reject fraudulent claims and take necessary actions to maintain fairness in the program.
