Employees within the Aboitiz Umbrella are eligible to participate in the Homebassador Referral Program, provided that managing or coordinating clients is not a core part of their regular role. (eg. Customer Lifecycle Experience)
In the Residential BU, employees are categorized as seller or non-seller. Only employees in the non-seller category are eligible.
In cases where employees from excluded teams endorse or refer an account, originating from their personal channels (e.g., relatives, personal friends, or non-work-related networks), such referrals shall be subject to review and approval by the Residential Sales Head and the Sales Admin and Compliance Team. Approval will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis to ensure compliance with the program objectives and internal governance standards.
Family members of the employees starting from 3rd degree of consanguinity are eligible for the program.
B. Guidelines
Participation is voluntary, but participants must adhere to the program process.
A successful referral is defined as a lead that results in a reservation and meets payment clearance conditions.
C. Mechanics
The Homebassador Referral Program shall be rolled-out monthly via the One Aboitiz platform.
The post shall include a link to a Homebassador Portal where the employee will input the referral details: name, email address, and contact number, of which at this point is already a lead.
Referred leads will be uploaded in the Vecino App and will be assigned to a Property Specialist via round-robin for follow-up and nurturing.
The Homebassador shall provide the required details of the referral in the Homebassador Portal to submit the entry.
Each successful referral that converts to a booked sale, entitles the Homebassador to corresponding referral incentives.
Assigned leads uploaded in the Vecino App, shall be handled by the respective Property Specialists from start to finish, including the conversion from lead into an opportunity.
Quarterly Seller Incentives shall not apply to the accounts under the HOMEBASSADOR program.
E. Referral Incentives
Successful referrers will earn a Referral Incentive (see Table 2).
A notification email shall be sent to the Homebassador for the details of the referral incentive.
Employees can choose one (1) of the following Referral Incentives:
Cash Incentive. Will be credited to the employee’s payroll account, net of tax.
eGC Incentive. Will be sent to the referrer’s work email or personal email if already resigned.
For spot cash payments, incentives shall be processed upon clearance of 1st MA and booking of the account.
For non-spot (installment) payments, incentives shall be processed upon clearance of 2nd MA.
F. Resignation Impact
The HOMEBASSADOR will be eligible for the incentives only if they remain employed through the booking of the account and/or clearance of the 2nd MA (whichever is applicable); those who resign beforehand will not qualify.
This memo shall supersede any existing memo regarding Homebassador Referral program and will be valid from September 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026.
